Customize that model airliner of your dreams with the kit version of the HobbyKing™ 1600mm wingspan C-47/DC-3. It arrives as the fully molded airframe with no assembly or painting completed. It comes with all of the hardware, plastic parts, foam parts, wood parts, propellers, and landing gear legs. To complete the model the customer must supply motors, speed controllers, servos, retracts, battery, and any additional paint, decals, or adhesives needed to complete final assembly. This is the ultimate way to configure the C-47/DC-3 exactly as you want!

Flying the C-47 is a treat. Large tail surfaces, a light wing loading, plenty of power, and ample washout all combine to make a docile handling airplane. Fly slow, fly fast, this thing looks great from all angles at any speed!
