Voltage Booster 3-13V to 5-15V

This is a high-efficiency, adjustable boost (step-up) voltage regulator generating high output voltages from input voltages as low as 3V. The available output current is a function of the input voltage, output voltage and efficiency but the input current can typically be as high as 5A. There is Integrated reverse-voltage protection, over-current protection, over temperature shut-off and under-voltage lockout.
