This is the Futaba R2104GF 2.4GHz FHSS 4-Channel High Voltage Receiver that has been designed for use with the 4-PL S-FHSS four channel surface radio transmitter.  

It features normal and High-Speed Modes with frame rate of (FHSS/S-FHSS) 13.63ms and accepts any type of servos or peripherals. High-Speed mode (in 4PL tx only) has an output of 6.8ms and accepts digital servos including the BLS series and most peripheral equipment such as brushless ESCs.  It also has a flexible coaxial antenna that's easy to position inside a model for ideal reception.
